Mr Cooke Maths 27th Feb 2015
0
In maths this week we have been solving measurement problems and money problems. We have also been learning how to calculate the perimeter of shapes. Below is a picture of Luke’s work from today where he was drawing different rectangles with the same perimeter. He also found the area of each shape. He found that whereas the perimeter was the same for every shape, the area was different.
Homework has been set and is below. Please help your child complete the homework. We will be moving onto to area, time and shapes in the next couple of weeks.
